Day 1

Arrive in Prague

Activity

Upon arrival at Prague Airport, meet your English-speaking guide and transfer to your hotel. The rest of the dy is at leisure.

Day 2

Prague: Český Krumlov and České Budějovice Day Trip

Activity

Tour the historically rich and picturesque towns of Cesky Krumlov and Ceske Budejovice on a day trip from Prague. Travel through Southern Bohemia on an air-conditioned vehicle with a guide. Visit the Cesky Krumlov Castle (April-October) and have lunch in a historic restaurant. Enjoy a scenic ride from Prague through the southern Bohemia region of the Czech Republic. First, head to Cesky Krumlov, a UNESCO World Heritage Site that features over 300 historic buildings. Soak in views of the town dominated by a huge castle and the church of St. Vitus. Continue on to Ceske Budejovice and see its unique historic square, lined with Renaissance and Baroque houses. After a full day exploring Southern Bohemia, sit back and enjoy the scenic countryside on your way back to Prague.

Day 3

Half Day Prague Castle Tour and Prague by Night, Cruise with Dinner and Music

Activity

During the grand city tour, you will be given all the basic information about Golden Prague's historic monuments. On a 2-hour bus ride you will be able to admire the Municipal House, Wenceslas Square, the National Museum and Charles Square. It will be followed by a ride alongside the river to Prague Castle. The bus will stop there for 20-30 minutes for you to enjoy the view and snap some memorable pictures. Afterwards, the bus will take you to Old Town Square. After a short break, the bus will take you to the pier of the Vltava river and a 1-hour boat cruise will follow. The tour ends at 2pm at the Vltava embarkment.

Day 4

Prague to Budapest Train and Danube Legend Boat Cruise

Activity

You are invited for an hour's panoramic boat ride at night. Glass in hand you will be able to experience how the legends of Budapest come alive. Look behind the walls of the Royal Palace, the Parliament, the bridges, and other splendid sights all bathed in light.

Day 5

Half Day Etyek Wine Tour

Activity

Etyek is the nearest wine region to Budapest, famous for its fresh, fragrant, elegant white wines. Sample a selection of Hungarian wines on this 4-hour private guided wine tasting tour. Along the way, you'll discover lovely vineyards while sampling up to 5 different fresh and fragrant white wines, accompanied by cold snacks of local produce. After a few hours of discovering Hungarian viticulture, you will be returned to your hotel in Budapest.
